I have a damaged item:

My item was sent to this location but I realized too late that I had put down the wrong address:
Please email us at support@jeffsbarbershop.com immediately with the original confirmation number and the updated address. We will do our best to modify an existing order, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be modified.
We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you if the order has already been shipped. Please reach out to the shipping service directly to reroute the package using the tracking number provided.


Ordered something but this wasn’t included/missing item:

Can I return my item because I don’t like it:
Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and fragrance selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed.
All sales are considered FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchange.
